Blessed with pristine underground water from the Kuzuryu River and surrounded by the mountains and rice fields of Fukui, Kokuryu combines exceptional ingredients with meticulous craftsmanship. The brewery has long been a pioneer in premium sake, introducing its celebrated Daiginjo Ryu in 1975 and continually exploring new ways to refine and mature sake.
