SCARLET Ethical Amaro

A collaboration between Iseya Distillery and Ethical Spirits Co.

Ethical Spirits distill a base product from discarded sake kasu and expired beer. To this they received the herbs and plants used to make Scarley products and added this to the distillation. The resultant spirit was used a the base for this amaro. This was then aged for 1.5 years in used barrels from Kuroki Honten in Miyazaki.
