Fukuju NEXT Oak Barrel Umeshu

Umeshu derived from Japanese sake, featuring the melow and gentle sweetness unique to sake brewing. The concentrated sweetness and acidity create a harmonious flavor at a high level. It expresses a vanilla aroma derived from the barrel, along with a complex and rich sweetness. The final product is a blend of plum sake aged in both American oak and French oak barrels for 3 moths.
