Home to the renowned Fukuju brand, Kobe Shu-Shin-Kan has earned international recognition for its elegant, food-friendly sake. Since 2008, Fukuju Junmai Ginjo has been selected for official Nobel Prize banquet dinners — a testament to its quality and distinctive character.
