GOZENSHU 1859 Nama

This season marks the sixth season of Gozenshu 1859, which was launched in the winter of 2019 with the decision to steer a major course towards ‘All Omachi’ and ‘All Bodaimoto’.

We have made improvements in the past by changing the alcohol content and producing ‘soyashimizu’, but this season we are making a slight change again with Gozenshu 1859 Nama. 1859 is the first time we are blending two types of yeast. We believe that the freshness of the Omachi flavour and the depth of the Bodaimoto will be retained, while a lighter, clearer nuance will emerge.
