Brewed with pure spring water from the Ose source and Yamada-Nishiki rice polished to 60%, using shiro-koji to create a naturally fresh and vibrant profile.

Fermented with Norwegian heritage kveik yeast, this sake develops a clean yet expressive character, where gentle fruit notes meet a soft texture and refined acidity. Precise and balanced, it reflects both Japanese brewing tradition and Nordic craftsmanship.
